Before you start an email campaign you have to form a strategy. Here are a few questions you might consider. Will you use an external provider or manage the campaign in-house? How regular will you send a campaign? What will the tone of your campaign be? How will you populate the email contact list? What value will you provide in order to get new email addresses?
